Exploring Polyvagal Theory, Part 1
Here I have created a 15 minute video sharing about Polyvagal Theory, with quite a bit of movement footage mixed in to help to provide a kinesthetic and artistic sense of otherwise quite densely theoretical material.

There has been a huge amount of interest in Polyvagal Theory over the past 3 years and I have definitely been a big part of that wave. It offers a way of understanding one’s physical, emotional, mental, and even spiritual experiences as we fluctuate from nervous system state to state. It can help create so much self-compassion and resourcing as we come to better understand why we feel the way we do in response to what is happening in our lives.
In this video I predominantly cover the theory and how it relates to the individual’s experiences. In part 2 I will be tying it in to some of what it may contribute for the good of society.
