This is a very simple guided sequence I learned from Amber Grey along with some Continuum for helping yourself to regulate. It is called the stabilization sequence. I add in some sounding and very gentle swaying movement from Continuum. This is a simple and nourishing daily practice for helping to feel grounded and present.
