About the event

Take some time to connect to yourself in Nature this October. Just like we harvest from our summer gardens and prepare our soil for winter growth, we can take time to collect our inner harvest as we prepare for wintering.

The Oak Trees and native gardens of Skyline will be our companions as we spend four Thursday late mornings in workshops using the tried and true Tamalpa Life/Art Process methodology of Body Mapping.

Body Mapping means each week there will be a body part in focus- we’ll connect to this body part as its mythology informs our inquiry.

In this way we weave between aesthetic, kinesthetic, artistic and cognitive ways of experiencing ourselves in relationship with our embodied experience.

Week one we will journey into our Legs & Feet where questions arise like “where have your legs been taking you lately?” And “what are they rooting towards?”

Then week two…
